CLAYTON APPEAL FOR LEGAL TEMPORARY WORKERS

Clayton Recruitment are launching an appeal to make local people aware of the current vacancies that they have available and are waiting to fill. The Clayton Group are attempting to abolish the myths that surround working on a temporary basis and explain why working for a recruitment agency as a temporary worker can fit in with a persons lifestyle and give them the flexibility they crave.

Clayton Recruitment place temporary workers into roles that are right for their profession and works closely with the candidate and employer through every stage. Clayton Recruitment provide positions into all different sectors including Legal. A recruitment agency places temporary staff in organisations and charges the employer. The worker is then paid by the agency. A temporary worker can be placed for different periods of time depending on the requirement of the company and the type of position that they need filling.

The Clayton Group has a dedicated Temporary Workers Consultant, Tracy Bolan, who aims to create an awareness of the need to recruit valuable temporary workers to place with the companies that are currently waiting for a candidate.

Tracy commented, “Temping, as it is commonly known, is an increasingly popular choice for employees and the demand is so high at the moment that we cannot place people quickly enough. Due to the high calibre of our personnel, it is often difficult to move the candidate to another company as they fit in so well wherever they are placed!! Temporary work is so diverse, and an individual can gain so much from the different environments and roles that they will be covering.

Temporary staff enjoy the flexibility that a role offers, which includes the ability to work when they want to, with the added bonus of new experiences encountered from working within different organisations. Temporary workers can be used to cover holidays, illness or maternity leave and may only be required for a short period of time.
